US Floor Masters Changzhou, Co., Ltd., an American (WOFE) Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise, is prod to introduce China’s first, All American Flooring Product & All American Flooring Installation Service now available to distinguished Chinese individuals and businesses alike, starting in 2018 this Lucky Year of the Dog.
The company features Only the highest and clear grades of (unfinished) American Made flooring in both wide and long lengths, produced from the US most popular American species of hardwoods such as Northern Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Maple, and Cherry (installed, Sand & Finished on site by All American Craftsmen).
The Sand & Finish In Place Technique being offered in China for the very first time by the company’s craftsmen is that which is found only in the most exquisite homes and businesses in America and Europe, and features the most advance technologies in site finished flooring. This technique utilizes UV Light Curing, a process that produces a significantly stronger finish than traditional site finished flooring, and also allows the floor to be fully functional immediately upon completion of the UV Light Curing process.
In addition, the company will also be providing its clientele the opportunity to create custom borders and inlays to be installed in their flooring, including medallions featuring family or business crests for that signature touch.

Perfect Logs for Perfect Flooring
We are the only manufacturer in the world to use exclusively prime grade veneer quality logs — a quality of wood normally reserved for the finest instruments and furniture. Only the thickest forest canopies promote the slow growth that is essential in producing blemish free wood.
These perfect logs are rare, prized for their consistent color, tight grain patterns, uniformity of ring spacing and lack of blemishes.
Only one in a thousand trees in a forest are of high enough quality to make our radial grade flooring. It is rarer still to find a tree of signature flooring quality, in fact, it is impossible to create a signature floor without having an endless supply of perfect prime grade logs to search through.
Quarter-Sawing Methods
The combination of a quality of wood previously unavailable and cutting methods not used by any other manufacturer has allowed us to handcraft the finest quarter-sawn flooring available.
In addition to yielding the greatest stability for any species of wood, quarter-sawing produces the tightest,
most constant grain pattern.
Perfect Quarter Sawing
We are the only company to use the radial quarter-sawing process.
Although consider the most labor intensive sawing method it produces a near perfect vertical grain angle of 80° to 90°.
In addition to yielding the greatest stability for any species of wood, radial quarter-sawing produces the tightest, most constant grain pattern.
We simply exceed the national standards in the flooring that we produce.
NOFMA/NWFA STANDARD: Quarter-sawn oak flooring must have at least 50% of the piece containing quartered characteristics which are defined by NOFMA as: in cross section, the angle of the annual ring tangent to the face of the piece to be between 45° and 90°. Grain lines must be mostly parallel to the length of strips and medullary ray flecks present and more than 1/16” wide.
Quarter-Sawn Flooring fully supports NOFMA/NWFA grain and grade rules for commodity graded products, we simply exceed their already high standards.
Rift-Sawing Methods
Our custom-designed rift mill is the only one of its kind in the world and produces wider and more uniform Rift-Sawn boards than have ever been possible before.
Perfect Rift Sawing
Our proprietary circular-rift saw mill is the only one of its kind in the world. This method produces a larger quantity of near identical rift-grained boards
from each log, creating a floor with a more uniform grain structure and color consistency across the width of wider boards.
Our rift-sawn oak flooring features the full face of every piece containing rift only characteristics. Rift characteristics, as defined by USFM, include the cross section angle of the annual ring tangent to the face of the piece to be between 30° and 80°; grain lines are to be parallel to the length of strips with medullary ray flecks less than 1/16” wide.
